Managing the delivery of complex business change programmes across a multitude of infrastructure, application development, systems integration, application migration, transition delivery & transformation. Collaborated with both their IT and stakeholders in maximising the value of assets and embracing new technologies so that they can deliver the best outcomes. I was accountable for the definition, development and scoping of a transformational programme business case for a £12 million UAV programme. Created in-depth programme/ delivery plans to ensure successful implementation of the various project phases. Programme halted due to Coronavirus pandemic March 2020.

Coordinated with the lead supplier to upgrade a London airport’s cabin baggage remote screening system. Advanced the final stages of the project, resulting in completion 6 weeks ahead of the project schedule. Responsible for the IT / Security related SOWs (statement of works) to enable the commencement of the explosives detection systems for cabin baggage. Primary emphasis on SDLC lifecycle, with deliverables, focused on requirements gathering, analysis and planning for a common platform for campus integration and reduction in TCO (total cost ownership) and Opex costs.

Delivered a hybrid productivity-based COTS & Custom program to integrate a third-party automated workforce scheduling system for security staff. A replacement of a paper-based workflow with automated technology using open standards for industry compatibility, resulting in a manpower saving of £500,000 pa.
